EcoNautic Systems GmbH has stood for the highest manufacturing quality and technical excellence for decades. As a reliable partner for globally operating industrial companies, we manufacture complex components, welded assemblies, and series parts according to individual customer specifications. Our strength lies in machining – precise, flexible, and with a deep understanding of materials, processes, and quality requirements.

At our plant in Dargun, located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Switzerland region, we have over 50 modern CNC-controlled machine tools at our disposal. Complemented by conventional processes, grinding technology, assembly expertise, and a high-performance toolmaking department, we offer a comprehensive range of metalworking services.

Manufacturing technology at the highest level

EcoNautic currently manufactures over 200 different parts, components, and assemblies – made from virtually all machinable materials. Our focus is on materials that must withstand extreme conditions: wear-resistant, temperature-resistant, and precisely fitting. These are used in applications such as automotive technology, mechanical engineering, gas turbines, and airbag systems.

Whether adjusting rings for turbochargers, combustion chamber parts, or highly stressed welded structures – our expertise in precision manufacturing is based on decades of experience and technical development. With continuous investment in our manufacturing technology – including systems from DMG, Mazak, Emag, Fronius, AMADA, and ZEISS – we ensure our customers the highest process stability, repeatability, and cost-effectiveness.

Welded assemblies and mechanical assembly – all from a single source

A particular focus is on the production of welded assemblies. Our experienced specialists realize sophisticated designs according to customer specifications – optionally with downstream machining and assembly of complex units.

Thanks to our in-house fixture construction, we guarantee dimensional accuracy and optimal welding conditions. Our production facilities are equipped to handle a variety of material combinations and various assembly shapes – from compact precision components to larger structures for mechanical engineering.

Non-destructive testing and quality assurance at the highest level

Top quality is no coincidence—it's the result of systematic planning and comprehensive testing processes. EcoNautic places particularly stringent demands on welded joints. To ensure quality, we rely on modern non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as:

• Radiographic testing (RT) in cooperation with TÜV NORD
• Penetrant testing (PT) by our own certified personnel
• Visual inspection with video endoscopes to detect welding defects and contamination in cavities (probe diameter 2–4 mm)
• Pressure and leak tests according to specific customer requirements on specially developed test benches

Our processes are subject to a certified quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN 9100 and IATF 16949. In addition, we use a modern CAQ system and apply methods such as FMEA, APQP and Poka-Yoke to detect errors early and prevent them sustainably.

With the various ZEISS coordinate measuring machines, we guarantee absolute dimensional accuracy – documentable upon request and traceable for your processes.

Location with history – and future

Dargun is a town with almost 1,000 years of history – and EcoNautic Systems is a part of it. Our roots date back to 1943. What began as a small craft business developed over decades into a modern manufacturing facility with an international focus. After German reunification, the company continued under a new name in 1994 – with an experienced team, some of whom have been involved in manufacturing in Dargun for generations.

Today, we combine modern manufacturing technology with regional responsibility and sustainable growth. Our location near the B 110 and A 20 motorways provides excellent connections for customers and logistics partners – right in the heart of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
