Our range of services extends from turning and milling to welding processes and tool and fixture construction. We process a wide variety of machinable materials, particularly high-strength and high-temperature-resistant alloys, such as those required in energy, automotive, and drive technology.

State-of-the-art machine tools for demanding tasks

Our machine list includes:

• Vertical and horizontal machining centers for complex milling work
• Pick-up lathes for efficient series production of small and medium-sized components
• Turning-milling centers with up to 5 axes for demanding geometries
• Band saws, external cylindrical and surface grinding machines for further processing

We machine workpieces with diameters from 8 mm to 800 mm, turning lengths up to 1,500 mm, and offer machining paths up to 1,300 mm in the X-axis, depending on the machine and process.

Thanks to automated pallet changers, multiple clamping technology and measuring probes, we can produce even small batch sizes economically – while maintaining consistent quality.

In addition to machining, welding technology plays a central role for us. We process ferritic and austenitic steels as well as nickel alloys using processes such as MAG and TIG. Our approvals include DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and the AD2000-HP0 directive for pressure equipment.

• Heat treatments such as annealing, case hardening, induction hardening and gas nitriding,
