Our welding joints meet the strictest requirements. To provide proof of quality, we apply non-destructive testing, e.g. radiographic tests (RT) or penetration testing (PT). These tests are carried out by certified specialists of our company or, in the case of radiographic tests, in co-operation with TUEV NORD (German Technical Inspection Board).

For visual tests of inner cavities and exclusion of welding seam faults and contamination, we have flexible video-endoscopes of 2-4 mm probe diameter.

A special test rig enables us to perform compression and leak testing of welded units according to customer specifications.
